the location is convenient it is a short walk to restaurants and a metro station is nearby the room had a refrigerator and a kettle i also received two complimentary bottles of water daily
i found some uncleaned areas in the bathroom it also had damp patches i noticed hair from previous guests the refrigerator in my room was not working

The room was clean. The rooftop pool was okay. The location proves VERY convenient, near bus stops and a metro line. The hotel provided a complimentary transfer from the airport. I found this a pleasant welcome.
The nearby beach can't really be called a beach. The setting isn't ideal. We did find this a little disappointing

The location was near the beach and the promenade. it was about a 30-minute walk along the beach to the city center. i liked that the hotel was close to underground and tram stations. These took me into town quickly. breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. the service i experienced was friendly.

the hotel is positioned not far from the beach. the olympic center is a short distance. public transportation options are also easily accessible from the hotel. i found a market right next door.

the cleaning team maintained a high standard of cleanliness. fresh towels were provided daily. the reception staff offered assistance with directions. xavi provided lovely customer service and was very helpful.
